Terms of Use:

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. All sales are subject to the terms outlined below, which govern any contract of sale between you, the customer or reseller, and TheFragranceShop.ca. We operate both retail and wholesale businesses, with resellers located across Canada. If you wish to establish a reseller account, please contact us through the email form on the "Contact Us" page.

To complete your reseller application, provide as much information about your company as possible. We will respond to your application within 48 hours; however, your account will remain as a Retail Customer until approved. Once your reseller application is approved, you will be notified via email and will be able to place orders at reseller pricing.

Resellers who purchase regularly will have access to exact stock quantities. If no purchase is made through the website for 30 consecutive days, your reseller account will be deactivated and converted to a Retail Account.

Payment Policy:

We accept payment via Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Bank Draft, and PayPal.

Please note that your order will be processed only after payment has cleared. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Although we reserve stock for 24 hours after order placement, we cannot guarantee availability beyond that period.

Placing an Order:

We currently accept orders from Canada and the USA only. We ship only to the confirmed billing address provided. Stock availability shown on our website is based on our supplier’s warehouse stock and may not reflect stock at our retail premises.

Please note that prices on our website may differ from in-store prices. The price listed on our website will apply to online orders, while the price at the store will apply for in-store purchases. Any price differences may reflect changes in supplier pricing or differences in the items.

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of taxes. Canadian customers will be charged the applicable sales tax. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If the payment is held by the gateway processing due to any reason or risk factor, the customer will be required to provide a government-issued ID and a copy of the credit card used during checkout. Failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse service or supply goods to any individual or company.


Shipment Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your shipment, as we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit. Please note that shipment insurance covers the package only up to the point of delivery and does not cover theft once the package has been delivered to the property. Insurance applies only to residential addresses and does not cover commercial locations.


Coupon Restrictions:

Coupon codes can only be applied during the checkout process. Once an order is placed, we cannot issue a refund for a coupon code but can offer a credit for your next purchase. All coupons have an expiration date, and we will verify its validity upon notification. No exceptions will be made.


Price Error:

At thefragranceshop.ca, we strive to ensure all product information, including pricing, is accurate at all times. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, including a price of $0.00 due to a technical or human error, thefragranceshop.ca reserves the full right to cancel any order placed for that item, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

In the event of a pricing error:

  • The affected order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified via email.

  • If the customer still wishes to purchase the product, they may do so at the correct price once it has been updated.

  • No product will be shipped or processed at an incorrect or zero price.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such rare situations.

Tester Bottles:

Most tester bottles are brand new. However, for some discontinued items, tester bottles may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as light marks, scuffs, or small chips on the corners or bottom.

These cosmetic issues do not affect the performance or functionality of the spray in any way. This is the last opportunity to purchase these discontinued items.


Order Verification:

We reserve the right to request ID and payment method verification for certain orders. This is done solely to protect both you and us from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

If verification is required, you will receive an email with further instructions. If you prefer not to provide this information, please feel free to contact us and we will cancel the order upon request.

Price Adjustments

If you purchased a fragrance within 2 days before Black Friday, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment if the item goes on sale.

Item must be return in-store or ship it back to us
(Customer is responsible for all shipping costs).

Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging

  • Our regular return policy still applies

  • We will refund the price difference, or you may repurchase the item at the sale price

  • Item must be in stock at the time of adjustment

  • Proof of purchase is required
