Price Match for Retail Stores:

If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a local retailer’s store or website, we will match the price. 

Price Match for Online-Only :

If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a Canadian online-only retailer’s website, we will price match only. Prices will be matched to localized online prices if available.

How to Price Match?

At The Fragrance Shop store:

  • You need to present the competitor’s pricing (flyer, printout or website) to a sales/cashier associate, at the time of checkout.
  • For competitor items advertised online, a complete web address of the product page must be presented.
  • We will confirm if the product qualifies for our Price Guarantee.

On Thefragranceshop.ca:

  • Before making your online purchase, please fill out the price match form on each product page under the Add to cart button.
  • Please provide the following details on form when you contact us.
  • We will confirm the product qualifies for our Price Guarantee.
